Student Voice and engagement are key in helping our students achieve and be successful both in and out of school.  Celebrating the diverse identities and teaching students to be advocates helps build student leadership. MEND has led many student initiatives including a Student Conference where students from across the region gathered to identify and discuss the challenges they face.  We continue to develop tomorrow’s leaders today.
